The range of Flexcut ultrasonic cutting systems has greater flexibility thanks to the use of several blades simultaneously.
In fact, Flexcut plus, can mount several blades in line, meaning a larger cutting surface. The possibility to operate in tracking mode makes it a high performance solution, able to respond to the most important production requirements: flexibility, performance, maximum level of hygiene and safety.
the plus configuration, Flexcut can ensure a cutting edge with width up to 1200 mm – 4 titanium blades mounted in line – thus allowing large products to be divided into portions. The oscillation induced in the tool, with frequency of 20,000 periods/second, prevents the production of cutting waste and greatly limits adherence of the product to the blade when it ascends. As with the one-blade version, the type of cut is customisable; the modification of the parameters involved is immediate using the touch- screen control panel:

• number of segments for round elements, distances between cuts for rectangular products
• clear definition of cut and maximum hygiene level
